We will be welcomed Leland “Bud” Sanders, a Clearmont native and author of the latest in the Backward Glance Series books.
His latest book delves into the history of a small town located at the junction of the Clear Creek and Piney Creek in the Clear Creek Valley. Beginning with the indigenous people living in the region and ending in the homesteaders moving in, the book chronicles a series of events involving cattle barons, the military, oil men, and creation of one of the premier art galleries and artist retreats in Northeast Wyoming.
